#thegordieproject is a non-profit project founded by Stephanie Armstrong. Her father passed away to brain cancer in 2001. With the help of her fiancé, Ryan, she has since set out to find a way to raise money for the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada. All net proceeds will be donated in her father's name (Gordon Charles Preun) on August 8th, 2015 when he would have otherwise been walking her down the aisle on her wedding day. Stephanie, being a yoga enthusiast, came up with the idea of selling headpieces as they are not only fitting of the cause, but are popular among yogis, girls with a bohemian inspired style, and women looking to add a little extra something to their spring/summer looks.
